Raquel Trinidad is an Account Associate at Lee Andrews Group. She is seasoned community engagement professional with a decade of experience in the areas of community engagement strategy and design, communication and research. Her interdisciplinary approach to strategic planning weaves equity, creativity and foresight into successful outcomes. Raquel focuses in the education sector to promote environmental justice programs for youth.
Prior to joining Lee Andrews Group Raquel served as the project manager for the youth engagement efforts including the Youth for the Environment and Sustainability Conference, Spare the Air the Youth program specializing in innovative youth engagement strategies for getting young people to try alternative transportation options, as well as the Plan Bay Area 2050 long-range planning effort identifying creative methods for public participation.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Community Studies from UC Santa Cruz and holds a graduate degree in Community and Regional Planning from University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She is bilingual in Spanish and speaks basic French.
