Alycia Witzling is a Senior Account Associate at Lee Andrews Group with nearly 20 years of experience. Ms. Witzling’s background in urban planning, social justice, and government relations gives her a unique skill set in understanding and communicating the complexity of projects and development. Alycia’s skill set and expertise include project management, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, public policy, event management and government relations.
Ms. Witzling provides comprehensive management of environmental impact documentation projects, as required by CEQA and NEPA. She works closely with agency planning and engineering staff or consulting engineering staff to determine the environmental constraints for the project so that they may be identified and avoided early in the process as well as facilitating the public participation component of these processes.
Prior to Lee Andrews Group, Alycia worked for the Department of City Planning with the City of Los Angeles administering land use and environmental. Earlier in her career she was a Public Policy Manager with the Los Angeles Area Regional Chamber leading members in tackling issues from homelessness to CEQA. From virtual to in-person outreach, Alycia uses project management software tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Salesforce and Instagantt.
Alycia received her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at UC Irvine, and holds a BA in International Relations from UC Davis.
