Aria Cataño specializes in designing and implementing targeted public participation programs for land-use projects spanning housing, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. She is adept in data gathering and analysis, and reviewing general, specific and master plans as well as ordinances and other related regulations to determine the best engagement strategies for the client. She is also skilled at environmental outreach programs and events.
Aria understands how to ensure that communities meaningfully engage in the development process, and has generated timely and cost-efficient approvals for Lee Andrews Group’s projects, resulting in successful site acquisition and construction of quality community serving projects. Aria has also held leadership roles in the design, implementation and execution of community engagement plans.
Aria received her BS in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. Aria is currently obtaining her Masters in Urban Policy/Planning with an Economic Development Concentration from University of Southern California, Sol Price School of Public Policy.
