Katharine is Lee Andrews Group’s Vice President of Operations reporting to the CEO.  Katharine has been with Lee Andrews Group since 2004.  As a member of the executive management team, Katharine is responsible for the company’s finances, operations, corporate policies and human resource functions.

Katharine provides financial management to all of Lee Andrews Group’s projects, as well as reviews all contracts and drafts cost proposals.  She also provides analytical skills of human resource programs, employee benefits and hiring. 

Katharine is a Los Angeles native, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics from Loyola Marymount University. She also received a Human Resources Management Certification from LMU.
